Ok, today was another one of those days when you have lots to do but you can’t manage to do anything no matter how hard you try… what a waste of time… -_-‘

There it comes again… Theoretical Foundations of Computer Science part II. When I said part I was a nightmare I didn’t know yet part II… if that was a nightmare, this is like having a nightmare inside another nightmare. I *DO* hope this will prove useful in the future, because if it won’t… someone will have to explain to me why we have done these f***ing courses.
As you may have guessed, this university is letting me down. But maybe next year things will change for better… I’ll talk more about this later (though chances are high you already know ;)). Now I have to go to bed. Nightmares are waiting.

Today I turned on the air conditioner. It’s a relief, but I must admit I’m a little worried. Last summer the air conditioner dropped water all over my desk (and on my precious cds! Some of the booklets are still ruined… :| ) when I forgot to empty the tank. BTW I still don’t understand why the water did not flow out from the tank, and decided instead to wash my desk… I mean, the tank was lower than the air conditioner and it was opened on the top… O_o
Well, that’s why I’m not perfectly comfortable here at my desk, remembering the water dropping on my cds, on the stereo, on the pc speakers, the asdl router, the cordless phone, the university books…

Spring Cleaning! My Athlon doesn’t like it when it’s hot, and to make sure I notice it sometimes reboots withouth a fair warning… Or perhaps the culprit is the video card, I really don’t know. To avoid this annoying problem, today I opened the case of my pc and started cleaning it. You can’t even imagine how much dust a case can contain… It soon became clear that a bold action was required, so I slained my pc taking away the Hard Disks, the Floppy Drive, the video and audio card and the CPU fan. Then I started removing the dust with a brush. I couldn’t take away the CPU heat sink from the motherboard (sometimes building a pc is an irreversible process, you know :P) so I had to blow air on it to clean it. Kids, don’t try this at home (unless you want to simulate a dust storm right on your face). It was hard but now I hope my pc can survive the summer without bursting into flames or something… ;P
BTW, this is the first day of summer for a lot of students, given the fact that yesterday was the last day of school for most of them. Of course this doesn’t mean the first day of summer for me: the next month will actually be the worst of the whole year, because of the exams and the hot weather and lots of things which I won’t discuss now… I hope I can at least have my two weeks of vacation…
